The unshielded system has a frequency of 250 MHz and meets the requirements of international standards for Six Categories of performance.

Product overview

·Six types of finished product data jumpers are manufactured by using PROUVON six types of multi-strand soft wires (CLG04-E) and six types of RJ45 jumpers (RJG01) which are terminated and pressed by factory

process. Their performance fully meets the six types of transmission standards.

·Cooperate with PROUVON six types of unshielded information modules or six types of wiring frames

Mechanical properties

·Six types of ROUVON multi-strand flexible wires and six types of RJ45 jumpers are adopted, and six types of RJ45 jumpers adopt physical cable isolation technology to achieve maximum line-to-line balance.

·The factory end-connection pressing process uses automatic stripping equipment and special pneumatic end-connection equipment, which has higher reliability and consistency compared with field production. It is not recommended to use on-site manual end connection.

·Six types of finished product data jumpers have passed 100% 250MHz bandwidth transmission performance test to ensure that the product qualified rate reaches 100%.

·Every jumper is tested by constant gravity pulling force to ensure the reliability of the product in use.

·Length can be customized according to user requirements
