The double-layer anti-seepage device makes it difficult for water droplets to penetrate into the socket when the box cover is closed. The bottom box of the ground socket is stamped and galvanized with steel plate, which is not easy to corrode. Product characteristics:
 
1. The pop-up floor socket is installed at any position in the hall and the room, eliminating the towing board and excessive long wire. When not in use, the socket can be completely put into the floor without affecting the passage and cleaning, and it is convenient, fast and safe to use.

2. Usually it can be equipped with two-bit bipolar socket and two-bit tripolar socket. It can also be arbitrarily equipped with all kinds of strong and weak electric function parts. At most, it can be equipped with six-bit function parts. When the strong and weak electric power are combined, it can install a shutter.

3. The sealing structure of the floor socket can make water droplets and other fluids difficult to penetrate. The installation box and socket must be grounded reliably when there is strong electric access in the ground socket.

 

4. When installing and wiring, connect the bottom box with dust-proof cover to the conductor pipe, and ensure that the height of the bottom box to the final decoration floor is more than 60 mm.

5. When pouring floor, pay attention to the bottom box is flat and not skewed. After pouring, remove the dust cover, clean the debris and threading inside the bottom box, and the opening of the ground decoration should be less than 110 *110mm.

6. Wiring for installation of strong and weak current groups: the phase line, zero line and ground line are firmly installed on the corresponding terminal respectively. After the weak current is connected, the active wire is inserted tightly with a pressure plate.

7. Open the socket body and expose the screw sinking holes on both sides. Put the socket body on the dark box and fix it with two M4*30 screws, so that the sealing ring at the bottom of the socket body fits closely with the ground to prevent water seepage.

8. The usage range of socket functional parts depends on the specifications indicated on the functional parts. If there are jumpers between the functional parts in the socket, the maximum usage capacity of several functional parts of the same jumper shall not exceed 3500W.

 

Installation instructions

1. When pouring the floor, put the installation of the stuffy cover in a predetermined position, introduce the wires and various signal cable pipes into the installation box, and leave at least 200 mm. The upper plane of the installation box should be 5 mm lower than the final surface of the floor, and the length of the cable pipes extending into the installation box should not exceed 10 mm.

 

2. After pouring, the floor surfaces such as stone and wood are laid around the edge of the installation box.

 

3. Before the socket body is installed, first fold the cover, expose the screw hole, place the socket body in the corresponding position of the installation box, and fix the socket body on the installation box with the installation screw.

 

5. Sealing rings of sockets should be tightly fitted on smooth floor surfaces to prevent seepage.
