The 1U high optical fiber wiring rack is designed for optical fiber communication room. Standard unit structure size, 19 inches wide, can be installed in the cabinet of the wiring rack, can also do wall mounting installation. The cold rolled steel plate and surface spraying process are passivated by galvanizing. The optical fiber distribution plate is made of plastics doped with flame retardant materials. It is light, flexible and durable. The design of large diameter coiling ring keeps the curvature radius of tail fibers and jumping fibers above 40 mm everywhere. It can be assembled separately into optical fiber wiring rack, or integrated wiring rack with digital wiring unit and audio wiring unit in a cabinet rack. It has the functions of introducing, fixing and protecting the optical cable, fusing the end of the optical cable with the tail fiber, adjusting the wiring and jumping the storage of the core and tail fiber, etc. Drawer structure is adopted in the wiring box, which can be pulled out during operation and put back after completion. In the rear of the cabinet, there are optical cable lead-in holes and fixed modules which are fixed and then introduced into the distribution box through the optical cable coiling frame. The optical fiber distributor structure is an open upper and lower structure. After opening the upper layer, the tail fiber connector is connected with the lower adapter, and winding the exit holes along the traveling frame to the upper layer, the upper layer can be closed. After the tail fiber head is fused with the introduced optical fiber core, the melting point is fixed in the slot. When the operation is completed, the allocation disk can be inserted into the corresponding layer; under the allocation box, the fibre-jumping storage disk can be operated separately, so it is flexible and convenient to use.
